Snart 2018

Snart är det rätt sida av nyår och då kommer det gå fort! Fortare än jag vet om kommer jag sitta på planet mot Edinburgh!!

Det här kommer bli den mest pålästa resa jag gjort någonsin tror jag. Jag har googlat och ju mer jag googlar desto mer hittar jag både vad gäller boende och transport. Men jag ska ju cykla!! Men redan nu verkar det som att det har börjat äta sig in i huvudet på mig att Skottland är en plats jag kommer återkomma till många gånger och ändå inte se samma sak varje gång.

Vissa åker till Thailand varje år. Men jag skulle byta regnet och dimman över skottska bergen alla gånger i veckan framför 40 grader C på Thailands stränder.

Det går att bo väldigt billigt eller helt gratis på många ställen i Skottland. Främst på västsidan av Highlands finns många s.k Bothy som mer och mer börjar bli intressanta ställen att övernatta på.

Ofta på vackra platser som långa stränder, i en dal mellan två berg osv. Enkla men fullt fungerande för övernattning, matlagning, och mysbrasa. Enkelt är jag van vid.

Såhär kan det se ut i en Bothy. Inte så dumt va?

Soon 2018

Soon it will be the right side of new year for my trip, and then it will go fast. Sooner than I know I will be on the plane to Edinburgh!!

This will be the most researched trip I have ever made. I have googled and the moore I google the moore I find in both accomodation and transport. But I'm going on bicycle!! But already I'm thinking of Scotland as a Place I will come back to several times and not see the same things twice!

Some people go to Thailand every year. I would go to Scotland for the rain and misty mountains any time before hot beaches in Thailand.

You can stay at a Bothy for a very Little amount of Money, or for free at many places in Scotland. At the west side of the Highlands there are many Botys that I find more and more interesting for possible accomodation.

They are very often situated at Beautiful long beaches or i a valley between two mountains. Simple but fully function for sleepover, selfcatering and cozy fireplace! I'm used to simple!
